The Castrol Digital Product Manager role will form part of the Digital and Strategic Customer Experience team, which sits in Global Marketing. The team’s mission is to enable customers, sales colleagues & business-partners to have a premium, coordinated, seamless omnichannel & consistently outstanding experience of doing business with Castrol.

What the role does !
  • Support the Value Realization Program (VRP) which strives to drive Castrol's RCOP growth in the next 5 years.
  • Program handle Castrol e-CRM ecosystem and help mobilization growth opportunities in the customer acquisition area (SalesForce sales cloud).
  • Develop, activate and/or lead digital solutions in Castrol's end-to-end CRM cycle, today via Sales Force enabled solutions (Marketing cloud, Pardot, sales cloud, service cloud) and products (Joint Business Planning, Live customer feedback/Qualtrics, Competitive Intelligence, Trade Loan approval and other built-in apps/functionalities….).
  • Support the integration of joined-up digital touchpoints, end to end journeys, data management and operational readiness into digital strategy in service of our mission to build a seamless omnichannel.
  • Integrate digital touchpoints into Operations, working closely with digital teams in Castrol Performance Units (PUs) to activate, scale and lead digital products.
  • Collaborate with internal senior partners, customers, and other functional partners to ensure a product roadmap reflects the epics and features required.
  • Understand bp guidelines (Digital Security, Data privacy), financial frameworks and processes to recommend the right approach for delivering the required solution

What we need from you!

We are looking for someone with Degree level business administration, computer science, engineering, or comparable education. Preferred MBA.
The successful candidate would have proven capability in digital product management or digital product ownership with ideally 3+ years consistent track record.
Validated and successful experience in the execution of ambitious scalable business. development and product roadmaps definition and delivery, including launching products and continuous feature delivery to improve customer experience and drive business results (B2B experience preferred). To be successful you will need Highly proficient in leading one/many scrum teams, have a track record of establishing effective stakeholder relationships in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. Must demonstrate initiative, resilience, and a willingness to adapt. Must be strategic in performance monitoring and Certifications in Agile and Product Management (preferred)- PSM (Professional Scrum Master) and /or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner).
