Purpose of the role:
You will undertake a range of standardised processes from updating customer accounts, follow up emails, processing of documents. Outbound calls to discuss banking solutions.

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, Attention to detail
Provide a proactive and reactive service to ensure our customers needs are met
PC skills and software application
Proven ability to respond to changing work priorities, switching between roles
Excellent analytical skills, you will also have good communication Effectively undertake, in a timely manner, a range of standardised process which are generally routine in nature, e.g. routine reconciliation/maintenance of administration records.
Effectively compose/draft relevant correspondence for signature by others, except for that of a routine nature.
Produce relevant correspondence, often of standard format, competently using PC equipment/machines. Effectively collate relevant information,
Provide an effective point of reference for investigation of queries usually resolved, with appropriate incidence of referral, as measured by the level of customer satisfaction.
Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, working 35 hours per week, £10.31 per hour, 33 days annual leave
You must be able to pass our client's pre-employment screening which includes a credit check and 2 years referencing.
