These roles will focus on driving improvements across core FP&A processes, supporting design and implementation activities within a complex, multi-entity Group environment.

  • Perform gap analysis and contribute to future-state design across key planning and reporting processes
  • Facilitate and support workshops with senior finance stakeholders (VP / Director level) to gather requirements and define target operating models
  • Produce clear workshop outputs, including meeting notes, requirements documentation, and design artefacts
  • Support the development of target FP&A processes and operating models under supervision
  • Operate independently within a fast-paced project environment, contributing to high-quality delivery

Required Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in FP&A, Group Controlling, or finance transformation
  • Background from either:
  • Large, complex organisations, or
  • Leading management consulting firms
  • Demonstrated expertise across at least two of the following:

  • Forecasting and planning
  • Strategic planning
  • Capital planning
  • Proven experience acting as an SME in planning and/or management reporting
  • Strong track record of facilitating large-scale workshops for requirements gathering and future-state design

Systems & Tools

  • Working knowledge of leading CPM/EPM platforms, such as:
  • OneStream (Priority)
  • IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics
  • Oracle HFM
  • Comfortable working alongside technical teams, but with a clear functional focus

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving capability
  • Structured communication with the ability to engage senior stakeholders credibly
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a broader programme team
  • High level of organisation and documentation skills

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to work in a face-to-face delivery model, including:
  • Minimum 50% travel to mainland Europe (Vienna)

Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced FP&A professionals with strong functional expertise to contribute to a high-impact finance transformation programme, working closely with senior stakeholders and delivering tangible process improvements.
