The is an environment where new perspectives are encouraged, where resilience, fresh ideas and different opinions are valued.Role DescriptionThis is a unique and significant role in the market which will lead the design and integrity of the Core Data Record (CDR) and iMRCKey ResponsibilitiesManage the design of the (CDR) and iMRCEnsure that the process of capturing all requirements for the CDR and iMRC is efficient and meets the timescales offered to the marketIntroduce accelerators to capture the data for all business and risk classes is done in the most expedient wayEnsure that the requirements of end to end processing of risks place to Lloyds Market are fully captured and explained to the marketShare the designed CDR and iMRC with the market (participants and suppliers) and ensure that we capture their feedback to ensure that the CDR and iMRC can be implementedWork with the Data Engagement & Adoption lead to ensure that the CDR and iMRC are adopted across the market by Platform providers and participantsWork with the Data Lead to ensure that the requirements of the short-term changes and eventual fully digital design of the MRC are understood and communicated to the marketManage the resources working on the requirements for the CDR and iMRCWork with the Data Privacy lead to ensure that the privacy, security and ethical requirements of the CDR and iMRC are fully understoodWork with the Data Architects and solution architects to ensure the CDR and iMRC are implemented as designedSkillsHighly developed consultancy skills, including facilitation, structuring complex arguments, solving complex problems and analytical skills.Strong communication skills focusing on the ability to explain and present complex technical issues clearly and confidently to a non-technical audience.Stakeholder management at all levels up to and including C-Suite.Credibility in the marketKnowledgeSignificant knowledge of the MRC and the data requirementsKnowledge of the Lloyds Market and roles of participants in the marketBasic understanding of key data concepts of data security, privacy, governance and qualityExperienceWorking for a market participantExperience working on a data heavy programme in the insurance industryLeading transformation work (as distinct from BAU)Managing a small teamRealise your professional ambitions as part of an organisation that is trusted to solve some of the worlds most complex problems in an environment that puts a focus on sharing risk to create a braver world.Please be aware that the recruitment process will comprise of several steps where your CV will be reviewed by our Recruitment team and if successful you will be invited to attend a telephone interview, followed by a more in-depth video interview.
