DescriptionThe key responsibilities for the HR Business Partner are, but not limited to;Working closely with Directors to develop people and drive performanceSupporting with the implementation of change management programmes Harmonising HR policies and procedures, and maintaining the policies Providing advice and guidance relating to employment lawImplementing new company initiativesEncouraging a high-performance cultureBuilding relationships with senior stakeholdersAssisting with investigation processesLeading on the full recruitment process - liaising with third party suppliers, implementing staff inductionsProducing reports using HRIS, developing HR and payroll systemsSupporting the delivery of in-house training coursesProfileThe successful candidate will have/be:Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, or similarStrong knowledge of UK employment lawExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levelsGood initiative and a willingness to bring ideas to the tableAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentConfident, professional and self-motivatedPassion for HR and drive to make a differenceJob OfferOur client offers a salary c£40-45K, good benefits and the opportunity make a real impact on the company's HR function.
