Position: IT Support Analyst, 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: South East London, London Bridge
Duration: 3 months - renewable
Start date: ASAP
Rate: £14-16 per hour, 37.5 hours per week
IR35 Status: Inside IR35 - will need to work though an umbrella company
Scope of work:
To provide 1st/2nd line technical support to a user base of approximately 330 users within a Windows 10 environment. The candidate will join a team who are the initial point of reference for IT issues and operate in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be expected to adhere to internal service level agreements and deliver consummate customer service. The role will suit someone with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, an inherent sense of organisation, and a progressive attitude.
