Parts Advisor

We are a continuously expanding family-owned and run automotive parts distribution business and our trade department requires a reliable and punctual person to join the team, who has a love of customer services and building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years previous experience in the automotive trade or have had a parts advisory role with experience in customer service. Great communications skills Ability to multitask Auto electrical or mechanical background ( not essential ) Day-to-day tasks involved in the role are: General customer services (mostly inbound phone calls and emails) Liaising with internal departments, branches and suppliers. Processing and invoicing orders. General administrative tasks, including working with stock control. Serving on a trade parts counter Booking jobs into our workshop Working hours are : Monday - Thursday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm Friday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm Benefits: 28 days paid holiday Free parking No working weekends Central location (Close to Trafford Centre & City Centre) Full product training Varied role *Multiple positions available*
