Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor seeking a long term role within an established and growing business? The company pride themselves on delivering high quality houses and have therefore developed a strong brand image in the area. They now require a Quantity Surveyor to provide their knowledge and technical skills to help drive the company forward. In this role you will be involved from inception, right through to completion. This will include budget control, acquire sub-contractors and materials, arrange valuation reports and provide support to the commercial and site teams. This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience in new-build residential projects and the successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also be an individual who has the desire to progress into more senior roles. On offer is the chance to work on exciting projects for a growing company.
