Working within our Treasury Function the Technical Lead will be key contact for the business regarding specialist technical knowledge for Reconciliations.What you will be doing: As Team Manager you will be managing, coaching and developing a team of 8-10 staff ensuring the team deliver to SLA’s and meet daily objectives. You will be responsible for managing daily tasks and escalations monitoring and appropriately delegating work flow.Key Responsibilities: Proactive engagement with key stakeholders across the businessCapability to demonstrate confidence with decision making and an ability to effectively present recommendationsIdentification of areas for continuous improvementConducting monthly team 1-2-1s and team meetingsAccountability for management of performance and development plansResponsibility for shift patterns and managing holiday coverLeading the team through change transitionsManaging team performance against SLAs, targets and behavioursSupporting Lean Diagnostics for your teamDriving team motivation and being a champion of our culture and valuesAble to get to the ‘best process’ for the ‘best outcome’Accountable for SOX complianceWhat you bring:Proven track record of managing teams within high volume transactional environmentsAbility to proactively manage escalations whilst managing stakeholders’ expectationsAbility to review and implement departmental controls to ensure that team SLAs are metStrong focus on process improvement initiativesA flexible approach to be able to work within a fast paced and changing environmentGood problem solving, identifying root cause and fixing itContributing to department actionsWorking towards AAT or eqv OR willing to in the futurePrivacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
