Senior Management Accountant

Senior Management Accountant (Knutsford, Cheshire) Salary: £Competitive + Excellent Benefits (pension, healthcare etc.) Location: Remote About the role: Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Senior Management Accountant will be responsible for the Management Accounts Team, ensuring production of accurate and reliable financial data on a timely basis. What you will do: Responsible for Management Accounts of the Marketing division - circa $130m Turnover, with entities based predominantly in US & UK. Coordinate the production of results to meet Month End deadlines and to streamline the current timelines. Providing comprehensive commentary on variances & comprehensive analysis. Business Partnering with Overhead Budget Holders. Developing & maintaining consistent accounting processes & procedures. Ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies. Working with new acquisitions to ensure accurate monthly reporting and longer-term migration to Group PSA system. Managing a team of Management Accountants that will grow with the business. Lead Statutory Audit process for the division. Providing close support to Group FC and being involved with various adhoc projects. Liaise with new acquisitions, to assist in group reporting & subsequent migration to Group systems. The ideal candidate will: Be CIMA/ACCA qualified. Have leadership and management experience. Be technically sound in producing management accounts and consolidations. Have very strong communications skills both written and verbally. Have excellent MS Excel skills. Having previous experience of using Netsuite Oracle would be beneficial but is not essential Who are Fishawack?
