Apply now to join One team, One Kroll. ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Senior Manager, you will be integral to managing and delivering investigative assignments. You will combine forensic investigation knowledge with an ability to gather human intelligence from a wide range of sources and present findings in a clear, coherent way to clients. To be successful in this role you will be passionate about research, finding innovative ways to address complex problems faced by our clients, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You will demonstrate an ability to understand how clients make capital allocation decisions, how they deal with ‘non-financial’ reputational issues and engage with challenging markets. Our job is to help clients solve problems and we are looking for a candidate who can ‘consult’ Due to the range of cases that you will be involved in across various industry-sectors and country locations, a key interest in global events and markets, with an awareness of working across different cultural and political environments is essential. Due to the global reach of our business, the ability to read and write in a second language is desirable but not critical.    Experience of working with Sub Saharan African markets is desirable but not critical. RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of research and reporting assignments for clients including engaging with global source network and identifying and pursuing innovative ways to obtain information   Responsibility for identifying potential opportunities, effectively running a case (or work streams of large cases) through to its closure, from structuring projects, managing resources, presenting findings and providing commercially viable advice to the client Build and maintain consultative relationships with a range of clients and their other advisors to offer both the full range of Kroll services and those that relate to capital market advisory work REQUIREMENTS: Experience of working in a professional services / consulting environment is preferrable   Commercial understanding of both developed and emerging or frontier markets Managerial level report writing and exceptional presentation skills An ability to build new and sustain existing client relationships Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong commercial acumen and market awareness The position can require regular international travel. Fluency in another language advantageous.
