Service Contact Centre Administrator

The primary purpose of this position is the support the Customer Contact Centre with professionalism, to effectively support company goals and following company policies and procedures with a positive attitude. In the role you will answering all incoming calls and emails, handling customer questions and complaints, and manage parts/kits required to meet customer service deliverables. Candidates should have an outgoing and positive demeanour, a positive work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment.

As a Service Contact Centre Administrator, you will:

  • Respond to incoming calls and messages in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the Field Service Team, Procurement & Logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve service & support issues
  • Reviews requirements for kits/parts and ensures parts arrive at the right time and location
  • Analyzes and evaluates back order reports and coordinates to fill kits/parts requirements for service engineer
  • Manage and track expedited orders necessary to satisfy immediate customer requirements
  • Receives questions/complaints from the customer and finds solutions to assist
  • Redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams when appropriate
  • Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
  • Ensure that all working relationships follow company Technologies Standards of Business Conduct

  • The skills required for the position are:
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior relevant experience required
  • Bilingual and/or multilingual fluency desired
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing
  • Must be proficient in computer utilization
  • Ability to confront and resolve difficult customer service situations
  • Capability in exercise discretion and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
